PDF files ..
Most browsers people use now days have an appropriate plug-ins built in
by default installation. Just in case if PDF files above won't open by simply
clicking on the buttons, you have to download file and open it with the
program Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is a free software and can be downloaded
from adobe.com here:

ZIP files ..
ZIP files are archives and as a step one you have to download it. Each .zip
file above contains a corresponding .pdf document, but in order to view
what is inside it has to be unzipped (or uncompressed or expanded).
To uncompressed .zip files you may use one of the following programs
