There are many times within college when you think about giving up on school. For many people the financial struggle of having to pay for tuition while attending school is just to overwhelming. For some, circumstances in their life make continuing their college education a difficult option. However, finishing college is so important for so many reasons.
When you are college graduate you will be more sought after because you have a degree. Many jobs may not require a specific degree, but a degree makes a different none the less. When you have a degree you are proving to your future employer many things because the same skills that it took to get through school are valued in the work place.
First, it will show an employer that you have the ability to complete assignments on time. It will also employers that you are able to stick with something that you are working towards. When they are looking for people to work for them they are looking for people who they will be able to have for a long time, not someone who they will train and then walks out the door. When you have graduated from college you have proven that you have the ability to stick with something for the long term.
You have also proved that you can get along with a wide range of people. In college you will be exposed to people, personalities, and opinions that you will not like. You will not get along with all of your professors or all of your classmates but you will have to work with them on a daily basis. Working is much the same way. Employers are looking for someone who can work with a wide range of people.
